PT XYZ Palm Oil Company faces problems related to the performance of harvest workers. This study aimed determine effect Motivation, compensation, and work environment on either directly or through job satisfaction at XYZ. Based initial observations environment, satisfaction, performance, especially in oil palm workers, showing a low level lack appreciation given, with applicable compensation system, high workload, laziness work, expertise/skills, longer environmental adaptation dissatisfaction so that is not optimal. research design uses quantitative descriptive method, population 510 sample this amounted 105 worker respondents divided by proportional sampling.
